Svastya's Women Returnship Program is a six-month remote opportunity for women who want to restart their professional journey after a career break or transition into a new domain.

Through structured learning, mentoring and hands-on projects, we aim to help women rebuild their confidence, refresh their skills and prepare for future employment opportunities.

Program duration: 6 months
Mode: Fully remote
Stipend: Unpaid during the six-month program
Completion: Experience certificate, subject to successful completion
Career opportunity: Full-time employment may be offered based on performance.

Your Six-Month Journey

Month 1 — Rebuild and Refresh
Orientation, confidence building, skill refresh, remote-work tools and mentor assignment.

Months 2–4 — Learn and Apply
Domain-specific training, practical assignments, live projects and regular mentor check-ins.

Months 5–6 — Build Experience
Hands-on responsibilities, performance reviews, a portfolio of work and preparation for potential employment.
