Women Returnship Program

Your career break is not the end of your career. It can be the beginning of something new.
Our Women Returnship Program is a six-month remote opportunity for women who want to restart their professional journey after a career break, or move into a new field. Through structured learning, mentoring and hands-on projects, we help you rebuild confidence, refresh your skills and prepare for future work.

- Your availability and the hours you can commit each week
Please note: the six-month returnship is unpaid, and no stipend is provided. Completing the program does not guarantee a full-time position; any offer depends on performance, the final review and business needs.

Is the program remote?
Yes. It is fully remote for all six months.
Is there a deadline to apply?
No. Applications are open all year, and you can write to us whenever you are ready.
Can I switch to a new field?
Yes. You can apply for a domain that is different from your previous experience.
Is there a stipend?
No. No stipend is provided during the six-month program.
Will I receive an experience certificate?
Yes, on successful completion of the program.
Will I get a full-time job?
A full-time offer may be made based on performance, the final evaluation and business needs. It is not guaranteed.
